Southern Hillary is back, ya’ll

Come on, admit it. You know you missed southern Hillary. She seems to reappear every time ole Mrs. Clinton runs for an office of any kind, and wouldn’t you know it? She’s back again.

She appeared briefly this spring, during her first southern campaign event:

And then reappeared during a chair chat in South Carolina with the South Carolina Chairman of the Democrat Party:

This weekend, over in Alabama, she appeared once again at the Alabama Democrat Conference:

Now, call me nitpicky if you want, I can handle it. But, I’m a southern girl through and through, and I recognize fakery when I hear it. None of us have ever forgotten her speech to a Selma, Alabama audience when she did this:

If the Clintons didn’t have the reputation of being all things to all people and fake as fake can possibly get, I’d never poke fun at such an obvious pander. But, come on, Hillary. Shape up.

With Bernie Sanders nipping at her heels, the top Democrat candidate for 2016 is hoping to shore up a few votes in the southern states, but this kind of nonsense may just hurt her. You and I both know she didn’t end up with this accent by growing up in Illinois and New England.

Bless her heart.
